Nikau Cave and Café is less than 90 minutes drive southwest of Auckland.
The cave has thousands of glow worms and amazing formations. The one and a half hour tour is personal and unhurried. It is great for family groups, social clubs, team-building exercises and wet days. A reasonable level of fitness is required.
The beautiful café is the perfect place for a relaxing day trip or refreshing getaway. It is fully licensed, serves coffee roasted onsite and has a range of food and drink options.
