Franklin Hospice is about community-based health care. It’s about enabling people faced with a life-limiting illness to stay in their own homes as long as possible – to live every moment. The support we receive from our local community makes it happen.
Franklin Hospice belongs to the people of the Franklin District. We ensure anyone requiring palliative care receives quality services from skilled professionals, and that family-whanau are supported during, and after, a terminal illness.
We’ve been working in the community for over 23 years. In that time we’ve touched the lives of many residents of the District and made many special friends.
