Holiday Programmes
- Zoo Cubs is a half day programme for 8-11 year olds
- Junior Zoo Keepers is a 3-day programme for 12-16 year olds
Both give you a chance to have fun and experience our exotic and indigenous wildlife up close and personal, while learning to provide for their physical and behavioural needs in captivity.
Our Purpose
The purpose of our zoo is to provide a home and rehabilitation for at risk exotic and native species and also to assist other Zoos by caring for single sex groups, and also common species to free up space in other zoo?s for breeding programs.
