Pioneer Memorial Cottage
Built in 1859 by John Martyn and garrisoned British troops during the Maori War of 1863. Furnished throughout with item of the period.
Located in Roulston Park, cnr East St and Stadium Drive, the original homestead of the Martin Family of Ramarama. In 1965 it was gifted to the borough to commemorate the Pukekohe centenary and moved to its present site.
Open on the first and third Sundays of the month, 11am - 3pm or by appointment. For more information visit the Pukekohe i-SITE, Visitor Centre.
